1. Do I have to have my house inspected prior to sale?

Yes. Pre-Sale inspections are required prior to sale and are $100.00.

2. Do you need a building permit to install a fence?

No. Building permits are not required for fences. Make sure you stay on property line and nothing over 6ft.

3. What days and times are Occupancy Inspections done?

Monday through Thursday between the hours of 12:00 and 3:00pm.
